Job Title: Category Development Assistant

As a Category Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving consumer-centric product innovation by delivering actionable insights and supporting all stages of new product development. You will also assist with administrative tasks and contribute to various team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and gaps in the market.
• Assist in developing customer personas and analyzing usage patterns and shopping habits.
• Support product development processes from concept to execution, including coordinating product taste tests and feedback collection.
• Monitor market dynamics, providing teams with regular updates on consumer and industry trends.
• Manage the organization and filing of project documents, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
• Provide administrative support to the Category Innovation Director on various tasks and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Passion for cooking and food.
