Stock Condition Surveyor - Swindon

Hi,

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors on a 6 MONTH contract starting ASAP in/around the Swindon area to survey OVER 1100 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - Very Good Rates
• Over 1100 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CON ONLY, STOCK CON AND EPCs and EPCs ONLY.
• Properties located in/around the Swindon area.
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties - No access into properties is also PAID.
• Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
• 6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.

Also have contracts in Cardiff, Keynsham, Brentwood, Cambridgeshire, Southeast London, and West London, Gloucester and Plymouth & Exeter - These are Stock Con Only, Stock Con and RdSAP and Stock Con and EPCs.
