Finance Officer

The role will report to the Financial Controller and will work as part of a small team

The role of the Finance Officer can either be offered on a temp to perm or permanent basis.

The role of the Finance Officer will suit either an AAT Part Qualified Finance Assistant or a Finance Assistant who is Qualified by Experience

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE OFFICER

• Annual Salary of c 26,000 - 28,000 - there is a budget of over 30,000 once probation is passed
• 37 hours a week - hybrid days available

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE OFFICER:

• Sales Ledger and Treasury - including Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation
• Aged Debt Reporting / Allocation of Payments
• Purchase Ledger - effective use of PO System / Supplier Statement Reconciliations
• Reconciliation of Takings from additional Revenue Streams
• Assist Financial Controller with preparation for Month and Year End
• Ad hoc duties
