This provision is part of Priory’s transitional living services for young people and young adults, offering individuals the best possible care in their recovery journey. Newcombe Lodge is a large detached house, which offers a viable alternative to a hospital or secure setting. It achieves this through a high ratio of care, which enables a robust and proactive approach to risk management, whilst supporting people to engage with meaningful activity in the community.

Our Healthcare Division offers a variety of services including Mental Health, Addictions, Brain Injury and Rehabilitation and Recovery treatment plans.

At Priory, you'll be part of a closeknit and diverse team that helps individuals day to day, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You will help people reach their full potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.

Your own positive attitude and genuine passion for providing high quality care and support will be integral to the culture of our teams. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.

Whilst previous experience is a plus, the key things you need to excel in this role are empathy and a passion for caring, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility. Not only is full training provided, but there are numerous career pathways available to you, including our Nurse Apprenticeship program.

If you are looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and friendly team, we want to hear from you!

Our roles can be flexible around your lifestyle, either full or part time and with a variety of shift patterns including weekdays and weekends.
