Are you a Production Manager with experience in manufacturing who is looking for a hands on role within architectural glazing company, that will give you fantastic progression opportunities to continue to excel your career?

On offer is an exciting role where you will be supervising daily production activities to ensure an efficient workflow and to keep in line with the production schedules. You will also be training, mentoring and evaluating production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

This Company have been established for over a decade, and have built an astounding reputation within the industry with the high quality work they have produced for their clients. They are suppliers of bespoke architectural glass to the residential and commercial markets.

This role would suit a hands on Manager who is looking to use his skills to lead, motivate and mentor a team of like-minded individuals within the architectural glazing industry.

The Role:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Implement and maintain glass safety standards to guarantee product quality and compliance with regulations
• Train, mentor and evaluate production staff
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise production and resolve issues

The Person:

• Experience in a managerial / supervisor role
• Mechanical experience within a production environment
