• Managing the delivery of facilities services for the Oldham and Rochdale Schools contract.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs to meet the needs of our client.
• Driving an interdependent Health & Safety culture across all services and fostering excellent client relationships.

To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Manager, you ll bring the following skills and experience:

• Proven management experience within facilities services (both in-house and outsourced).
• PFI Experience is essential
• Strong budgetary management and financial oversight, including P&L control.
• Thorough understanding of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality assurance systems.
