Defence Sector (UK Defence and Control Systems experience sought)

An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Engineering and knowledge of Control Systems to join a global leader in the Defence sector and play a significant role on a high-profile systems development programme.

The Role

In this position, the Programme Manager will be engaged in the delivery of select projects within Defence, bridging key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, with Project Management and overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects.

Requirements

This role would be well suited to an experienced Project Manager with a background in Engineering and Control Systems who has good leadership skills that will contribute to driving performance, excellent communication skills that will encourage effective collaboration and seamless bridging between stakeholder communities and Project Management with knowledge of relevant best practices and industry standards that will ensure delivery aligns to sectoral and contractual requirements.

Experience within the UK Defence sector would be highly advantageous.

Location

London. Hybrid Working available with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

Security Clearance

Eligibility and willingness to undergo UK Security Clearance is essential. Existing SC Clearance would be advantageous but not essential.

Package

Up to 85,000 with a range of additional, flexible benefits that include the option for a compressed schedule, private healthcare and performance bonuses.
