Role and Responsibilities: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and enhancement of electrical systems across various commercial properties. Your tasks will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics of electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Conduct EICR s on commercial properties
- Installing, repairing, and upgrading electrical equipment and components.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure comprehensive site management.
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications: - A recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
- City & Guilds Inspection and Testing - 2391 (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with commercial electrical systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Gold Card certification for electrical work.
