Key Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, positive, and customer-focused experiences
- Provide end-to-end customer service, including the identification and initiation of repair requests and proactive communication with colleagues and contractors to resolve queries.
- Remaining calm and composed, diffuse difficult situations, and escalate safeguarding concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
- Handle personal and sensitive information confidentially and contribute to team and individual performance measures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in contact centre and customer service roles.
- Working knowledge of Housing Management and Asset Management systems.
- Experience in providing a home repair service and familiarity with housing-related matters.
