Need a Trustworthy Babysitter for 2 Children in London.

I am looking for a caring after school nanny to pick up our daughter of 5 years old at school at 3.15pm and to pick up my son of 2 years old at nursery and to bring them home or to the park if the weather is good, give them bath and play with them until my return around 7pm.
