AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

This role could potentially be based in Madrid.

Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to build and execute enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA. This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our SAs, CSMs and managers.
You will be the expert on Field Enablement, Readiness, Effectiveness, and Professional Development, building relationships with all levels within EMEA Tech teams and the SSOE cross-functional teams to build and land effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions. You will gather skills and competencies requirements from local SAs, CSMs and managers and combine with your enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Enablement experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
