We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to build their career with our Seller Services team in the UK as a Partner Manager for our Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) recruitment team. Our team focuses on supporting existing Sellers to adopt new products and tools that help grow their business. In 2024, our focus has been on speed and delivery experience and we will be expanding to a wider range of tools and programs in 2025.
In this role, you will work directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve the experience of buying and selling on Amazon. You will need to drive business development conversations with top accounts and analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a target-driven team in an environment with significant ambiguity and a track record of success in building partnerships up to C-level with large, complex businesses.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
