An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a Commercial Site in Central London.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work in a Large Commercial Site in Central London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team on site. In return the company are offering a salary up to 68,000 with Car/Travel allowance, Private Health care, Bonuses and training and development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract
• Ensuring that all Statutory Obligations are met
• Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin
• Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
• To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with the client.

Required Skills:

• Experience with looking after a 1.5 million - 3 million P&L
• 5 Years previous experience within a similar position
• Experience with looking after High End Commercial & Residential sites
• Technical Background (Desirable)
