A co-educational secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide both one-to-one support for a student and general classroom assistance. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-to-one support for a student with specific learning needs for 1-2 hours daily
• Help the student set academic goals and track progress
• Work with teachers to implement a personalized learning plan
• Assist with daily tasks and offer emotional support
• Support mainstream classes, helping with lesson prep and class activities
• Monitor and report on students' progress to the teacher

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with special needs students is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and supporting students' development
