Days per Week: Monday-Thursday (08:30 - 16:30)

Length of Appointment: Temporary, ongoing

Hourly Rate: £25-£30 (Including Holiday Pay)

Experience Required: PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) experience necessary

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Lecturer to join our team in Croydon. This role is essential in providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), particularly those with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience working with students with PMLD.
• Relevant teaching qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
