A lovely, established primary school in the Trafford area are looking for a full time, long term School Office Administrator. This role is only open to those who already have experience of working in a UK school office.

In this role, you will need to communicate well with parents, staff and students. You will be monitoring and editing class registers and food choices on the school SIMs database system. You must be an excellent multitasker, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and high quality writing skills for emails and letters to parents. This role is a forward facing customer service role so you must be confident in managing phone calls and in person queries and complaints. The school are looking for someone organised, resilient and professional, who is dedicated to taking an active role in the wider school community.
