About the Role: You will work in a variety of primary schools across Bexley, Greenwich, and Lewisham, providing essential support to students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Supporting small group work and leading interventions
• Running catch-up sessions to help students reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• A passion for supporting children with SEN and a desire to make learning accessible for all.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across different settings.
• A positive, nurturing attitude with a commitment to helping students succeed.
