Bookkeeper job in Warminster
Your new companyA market-leading design & distribution business are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper.
Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in Xero and rectify anomalies.
- Produce accounts to trial balance.
- Post all Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices onto the CRM software.
- Enter data, maintain supplier and customer accounts, process expense claims.
- Assist with processing accounts receivable/payable and payroll when needed.
- Chase and process expense claims on credit card purchases and reconcile in Xero
