Building Safety Administrator Birmingham 15.3k - 16.1k 22.5 hours per week Fixed Term - 6 Months
As a Building Safety Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Inputting data, making sure all information is accurate and up to date for all works completed by contractors
Raising work orders and processing of certification, invoices and other contract documentation
Supporting meetings, taking minutes
Managing contractor diaries, making sure the work is completed on time
To be successful as a Building Safety Administrator, you will need:
Experience in an administrative role
Excellent IT skills
To be able to work collaboratively as well as managing your own workload
Close attention to detail
Experience in the same, or similar roles such as repairs admin - yet not essential
