CNC Router Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our specialised manufacturing client based in Telford, who are looking for an experienced CNC router to work in a bespoke shop floor that specialise in vehicle building

The Job Role

• Operating a CNC router machine
• Metal working in an engineering environment
• Working with a variety of materials such as wood and metal
• Reading from engineering drawings or samples.
• Works/assisting in various sections of the production facility.

Experience/Requirements

• Ensure each product is processed to a high-quality standard.
• Previous router experience would be advantageous.
• Be able to assist in other areas of the shop floor, when necessary,
• Opportunity to progress and develop further skills
• Follow operating procedures and directions given.
• Working productively and efficiently and minimise waste
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills

The Package

• Working days, 07:30am till 4:30pm
• 12 weeks temp-perm contract
• Pay rate of up to £12- £12.50 per hour
• Free staff parking
