Deputy Manager

Position: Deputy Manager
Reporting to: Home Manager
Location: Glasgow
Service: Elderly Care
Salary: 43,000 - 47,000

With a clinical background, the perfect candidate will hold management and supervisory experience to support the Home Manager to ensure the best standards and quality of care are provided.

Responsibilities
Take leadership for the care team supporting with training, continuing their professional development, rotas.
Create and monitor care plans
Support the Home Manager with daily operations of the home such as budgeting, reporting,
Work closely with external stakeholders
Create and maintain good relationships with residents and their families, addressing any queries they have and supporting them where needed.
Complying with standards set by SSSC and following all company, operational and health and safety procedures.
Continuous personal development.

Requirements
Must be an RGN with an active PIN.
SVQ4 in Leadership and Management is beneficial but not essential.
Previous experience in a leadership role, creating strong working relationships with team members.
Knowledge of care home operations and of the expectations of standards.
