Job Duties:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide information to customers about products and services
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service roles preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of customer care principles and practises
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional customer service training or certifications
- Experience in the construction industry
Working Conditions:
