• Optimize & Maintain: Deliver essential Electrical & Mechanical support to keep advanced production machinery operating at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Innovate: Quickly tackle automated machinery breakdowns and proactively implement solutions that boost productivity.
• Drive Change: Lead Continuous Improvement projects designed to push operational standards to new heights.
• Be a Pillar of Performance: Play an integral role in our Preventative Maintenance Plan, performing both Planned Preventative (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Proven Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
