Job Summary

As an Apprenticeship Assessor for the Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker standard, you will oversee a cohort of learners, taking full ownership of their development journey. This includes planning and delivering a range of programs, such as apprenticeships, short courses, and qualifications within the subject area. Your role will involve guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, supporting their professional growth, and helping them meet the requirements of the apprenticeship standard.

You will work closely with the apprenticeship team to ensure that learners are recruited, onboarded, and engaged effectively. You will be responsible for curriculum development, delivering training sessions (both online and face-to-face), assessing learner progress, and providing feedback and support as needed. You will also liaise with employers and line managers to ensure that the learners' job roles are aligned with the apprenticeship requirements.

Expert knowledge of the personalised care agenda and apprenticeship processes is essential, alongside experience in tutoring and assessing apprenticeships in the workplace.
