Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers in either the Referral & Assessment or Safeguarding and Care Planning Teams
- Ensure high-quality and effective social work practice to safeguard children and young people
- Provide reflective supervision and professional support to team members
- Manage caseloads to ensure timely and effective interventions
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support children and families
- Monitor and review case progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives

About You: To be successfully appointed to this post, we require the following:
- Social Work England registration: Essential
- Experience at Senior Social Worker/ATM level: Essential
- A recognized qualification in Social Work: Essential
- Enhanced DBS clearance : Essential
