EV Charger Installer / Electrician

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an EV Charger Installer to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an on-site role in Midlands. In return, you will receive a competitive salary along with great company benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join an expanding company, in the highly sought-after renewable energy industry, where you will receive industry-specific training and opportunities for progression within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments.
• Diagnosing and repairing existing installed EV charging points.
• Conducting routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits.
• Managing the EV team in the future and guiding the company through the HERS accreditation process.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (ECS Gold Card - Preferred).
• Experience in EV Charger Installation.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Certifications:

• NVQ level 3 Highways in an electrical installation discipline.
• 18th edition and AM2.
• C&G 2919 in EV Charging.
• HERS accreditation.

Location: Midlands

Salary: starting from £37,000 (per annum/gross, depending on experience)
