Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
Job Purpose
This role will play a key part in driving the business’ paid digital marketing strategy. Working across the whole sporting group, you’ll drive digital campaigns for Bristol City, Bristol Bears and Bristol Flyers and work across several product areas including Ticketing, Hospitality and Retail.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)
- Create paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines and display advertising
- Measure and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns and make date-driven recommendations
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with different departments to provide creative content to maximise paid ad engagement (static, animated and video content)

Essential
- Marketing related degree
- Experience using META (Facebook & Instagram) ad manager
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC and social media
- Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and willingness to learn
- Proof reading, editorial skills and good eye for detail
Desirable
- Experience with graphic design and content production
- Experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience using LinkedIn ad manager
