Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a support worker to work with our client who are dedicated to motivating homeless people to recognise and unlock their talents.

The role:

• Working Monday-Friday (Week 1: 9:00 - 17:00 Week 2: 13:00 - 21:00
• Enable service users to achieve their full potential
• To assist in the provision of a comprehensive good
• Work within a quality housing service that provides support and resettlement to residents that have experienced homelessness.
• Empowering and enabling them to live independently.
• Be proactive in supporting individuals in the area of social inclusion and accessing services
