We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Carpentry Site Supervisor to lead a team of 10 skilled carpenters on a large new build housing project in Woking, Surrey. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of carpentry work on site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
Manage a team of 10 carpenters, providing clear direction, guidance, motivation and support.
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with site management and other trades.
Resolve any issues or problems that arise on site promptly and efficiently.
Provide daily updates on progress and any potential challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor on large residential new build projects.
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of carpentry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
CSCS card and relevant carpentry qualifications.
A strong commitment to safety and quality.
