• Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and management.
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with students, providing tailored support to those who need extra help.
• Assist in managing student behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Help to create engaging learning resources and activities.
• Provide support during school events and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to assess students' progress and development.

• A university degree (any subject) - a passion for education is key!
• No prior child-based experience is required, but it is preferred.
• A valid DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping students succeed.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
