Job Title: Site Manager (Fit-Out)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams for fit-out work such as interiors, fixtures, and finishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, resolve any on-site issues, and maintain project timelines.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet design specifications and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on fit-out projects.
• SMSTS certification and valid CSCS card required.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
