Supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs while focusing on academic growth in Maths and English is a vital role. Here are some strategies to consider:

Building Positive Relationships

• Teach and focus on Maths and English fostering academic growth.
• Mentor students with SEMH needs in a small group setting.
• Create and establish a supporting and nurturing environment.
• Encourage emotional and social development by building and maintaining positive relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
• Strong ability to engage students and foster a love for learning.
• Ability to inspire and support students in Maths and English.
