About Us:

We are working with a Primary School that is part of an all-through school. The primary phase benefits from a purpose built building as well as a stunning outdoor space which incudes specifically designed play areas for each Key Stage. The school also has its own Nature Reserve. They are now looking for a Primary Cover Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversea classes in the short-term absence of a teacher.
• Support in the classroom as directed.
• Work alongside school staff.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a flexible and reliable approach.
• Be committed to children's welfare, education and development.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: A degree in any discipline
• Experience: Some recent experience of covering class.
• Knowledge: Some understanding of supporting pupils
• Desirable: aspiring future primary teacher
