To be considered for the role you will need:

• Significant experience in a similar role
• Proven understanding of financial planning & wealth management
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and implementation skills.
• Ideally be level 4 Qualified or willing to work towards this, it is also anticipated that applicants will have a Degree level qualification in a relevant subject

What you will do:

This role includes the following responsibilities:

• Onboarding clients and implementing recommended financial structures.
• Management of existing client accounts taking responsibility for resolving issues and always providing the highest level of client care.
• Compliance with client data integrity and confidentiality adhering to AML & FCA rules.
• Focusing on operating effective processes, to provide high quality client service and support.
• Driving engagement and improved performance.
