We are recruiting an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join a major rail organisation on an initial 3 month assignment.

The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant will be responsible for managing the project to gain inclusive employer accreditation.

You will lead the project for gaining this accreditation through stakeholder engagement, information gathering, analysis of responses and writing and submitting the final report.

We are looking for someone with direct experience in project managing the accreditation process from start to finish.
