An independent, dedicated Property Consultancy Practice in London is actively seeking a commercially savvy and confident Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This is a prime opportunity for a professional with a passion for excellence in high-end development projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will take on a varied workload, primarily focusing on high-end development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors, typically ranging in value from 1-30m.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing maintenance contract specification and procurement.
• Conducting audits, monitoring, and planned maintenance reviews.
• Ensuring project excellence from inception to completion.
• Maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The Construction Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

• An MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• Ideally MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven diligence in managing complex projects within a Consultancy environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A full driving license.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork and the capability to work effectively independently.
