Job Duties:
  • Prepare and write compelling bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Research and gather information to create tailored bid responses to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights for bid submissions
  • Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, well-structured, and submitted within deadlines
  • Review bid feedback and incorporate improvements to enhance future bid success rates
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to work
Experience:
  • Proven experience in bid writing or proposal development would be an advantage, although content backgrounds within marketing would be considered.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of bid processes and tendering requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and bid management software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Conditions:

Hybrird, 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.
