Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a strong Site Manager, on their major residential scheme based in Bedfordshire The project consists of Traditional build houses and flats.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing units from 1st and 2nd fix stage through to handover, managing up to 67 units at one time. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety on site, driving the units through to CML's and reporting into the Site Management team here. The ideal candidate must have worked for a UK house builder and be able to deliver units to timely and quality standard.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate here. This is a freelance contract up to April 2025
