We are looking for a Plasterer to join our team in Bristol.

Overall purpose of the role:

We are seeking a skilled plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools and machines.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them.
• Mix plastering materials to desired consistency.
• Repair and patch existing plaster as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with general construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, bricklaying, or site clean-up as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a plasterer or similar role.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with decorative plastering techniques.

Additional qualifications: Any additional Construction Qualifications (Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Abrasive Wheels, SMSTS etc.) (Preferred)

Driving license is essential for this role.

• Plastering: 1 year (preferred)
