Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are currently working with a client who specialises in residential developments and we're actively recruiting for an experienced gateman/Labourer in Exeter, Devon.

Duties

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles are permitted entry
• Communicate effectively with visitors, providing information and assistance as needed
• Manage the flow of traffic in and out of the site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Potential bits of Manual Labour work to assist

Experience

• Previous experience as a Gateman/Woman on a construction site (Preferred)
• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
