We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our Operations Leadership Team, taking ownership of our compliance and mechanical & engineering programmes, while overseeing fleet and operational administration.

The role:
In this pivotal role, you will be trusted with managing a range of internal and external contractors and suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed safety and compliance standards. You'll play a critical part in delivering fire safety, servicing, inspection programmes, and home upgrades—keeping our customers safe while improving their living conditions.
We need someone who can maintain high team morale, lead by example, and foster an environment where accuracy and performance are paramount. You'll be instrumental in driving success through positive leadership, making sure that your team is supported, motivated, and aligned with our strategic vision.
