Technical Coordinator

New urgent role working with a major residential developer in West London on a 3 month contract.

Applicants need to have strong experience managing Design for new build residential schemes in the final handover/finishing stages as well as a strong appreciation for new government fire regulations.

Interviews will take place this week with a view to start asap.

Duties:

• Extensive experience in project execution with a strong background in handover, completion and commissioning activities
• Experience in the management of Procore and Creatmaster (Zutec)
• Act as main point of contact for receiving all testing and commissioning certificates. Verify these certificates against the handover tracker and upload them into the submittal system.
• Act as the main point of contact to manage O&M Manual through CreatMaster ( Zutec) and provide weekly update.
• Conduct Handover information release progress meeting with technical, commercial, contractors and site managers.
• Assist with clients queries on final certificates, RDD and handovers.
• Assist with R38 information pack update.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Architecture or Construction related degree
• Able to start Interview/Immediately
• Background working in New Build Residential projects
